Inspired by the team at Food Services invites you to perform and share as many acts of kindness as possible by the end of the year. Share with us and you could win one of two amazing food boxes, filled with delicious local products and specially curated by our very own Chef Jaco!

How does it work? Share acts of kindness that you have performed, received or witnessed. Post on IG, tag and use the hashtag to share your experiences.

We’ll keep track of all the kindness on our feed until the end of November. Anyone who tags us will be entered into a random draw for one of two local food boxes. Winners will be notified via DM on Wednesday, December 1st. If selected, you will be asked to provide a valid UofT e-mail address.

Contest Rules: No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person. There will be 2 winners. Participation is only open to University of Toronto students, staff and faculty. This contest is in no way associated with, administered by, or endorsed by Instagram or Facebook.

This weekend! In the spirit of World Kindness Day (tomorrow!), Food Services will be donating one non-perishable food item for every cup of Blue Dragon coffee sold on campus from November 13th - 15th!

Post a picture of your Blue Dragon coffee and tag and use to share your photos with us! Let us know you’ve had your daily coffee fix & helped community members in need!

We will tabulate the number of coffees sold and then get that number of non-perishable food items directly to food banks that support the community!

To reach the location at Chestnut Street in Toronto by public transport, take the subway and get off at St. George Station. From there, take streetcar #510 southbound on Bathurst Street or streetcar #505 eastbound on Dundas Street until you arrive at the nearest stop.

If driving, head towards Chestnut Street from any direction and look for available parking along the road. Alternatively, there are several paid public parking lots nearby such as the one located at 111 Chestnut Street or the lot at City Hall.
