This weeks pizza orders - if you’re interested in pizza this coming Friday, please reserve by sending me a note by noon tomorrow. Margherita pizzas are made with Italian 00 flour and pepperoni, organic Canadian hard flour. Both have a small amount of house milled wheat for added flavour.

Pizza fans! If interested in neopolitan pizza for Wednesday of this week, just drop me a note or a text by noon tomorrow. Margherita pizzas are made with 00 flour and pepperoni, organic bread flour. I also add a small amount of house-milled red spring wheat for added flavour (more healthy too :)). The process takes two days to mix, fold and ferment the dough so am asking for orders in advance. All pizzas are topped with premium California tomatoes (am using Bianco DiNapoli at the moment) and fresh grated cheese (fior di latte for margherita and low moisture mozzarella for pepperoni).
