Did you get to try our Uganda Sipi Falls?
If you're a fan of the funky fruity characters, the Yemen Mocca Khulani is an equal match. This is one that makes you feel like you're drinking a raspberry vanilla juice instead of coffee.

𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬?
We choose to roast "light" on almost all our coffees because it ensures that we highlight the quality of the coffee itself without hiding it with undesirable flavours.
𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐧, 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬!
- Make sure to not start off with very high heat as it will increase the chances of tipping/scorching.
- Keep track of first crack, heat applied and total roasting time for small adjustments on your next batch.

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
1. We roast coffee light to preserve the flavours without imparting "dark" or burnt flavours.
2. After the roasting process, the coffee will lose roughly 15% of its weight from moisture loss.
3. Give the coffee time to rest after roasting to bring out more flavours. Our coffees tastes best after 1-2 weeks of resting.
